Project Facts

The Yarrabee Solar Project comprises of the construction of a photovoltaic solar plant, to be developed in two, 450MWac phases with Phase One comprising two 225MWac projects. The project will include the installation of:

• Bi-facial PV modules using single axis tracking systems,
• Inverter stations
• Energy Storage System
• Project office and maintenance building
• Internal access roads
• New high voltage substation, to be constructed adjacent to the existing Wagga 330kV to Darlington Point transmission line
• Designated buffer zones for preservation of native vegetation, plus any areas of cultural and heritage significance
• Security perimeter fencing and temporary construction laydown areas
