Project Updates

With the scoping report prepared and submitted in accordance with procedures set by the Department of Planning and Environment, the Yarrabee Solar Project is well on the way.

An Environmental Impact Study (EIS) was prepared and approved by the Director-General under Part 4 of the EP&A Act.

The following matters, including air quality, noise, historic heritage, landscapes and visual amenity will be managed through best practice and appropriate standard management measures.  These matters will be reviewed during the EIS process, to ensure that the level of assessment is appropriate to the level of potential impact and risk.
